Cottage Culture

 

All online furniture orders from Cottage-Culture.ca are processed based on the items being picked up from our Hensall Warehouse (please see Warehouse hours below).

We would be happy to arrange a delivery appointment. Let us know you want to arrange a delivery via email here, or call us at 226-330-0330.

 

 

 

All orders from the Cottage Culture website are based on pick-up from our Hensall Warehouse (see our Warehouse hours below).

If you request a delivery quote, we will email you within 1 business day with pricing for your delivery options (listed below).

 

After purchasing your order on the website, if you would like to go ahead with delivery, our service department will contact you to make delivery arrangements, complete the payment transaction and update your order accordingly. We will confirm these arrangements by email.

 

Please note: All large-item delivery services are a separate transaction and will be processed by credit card at the time of confirmation.

 

Service is also available for all items purchased in-store.

 

 

 

For Small Items - Towels, Small Rugs, Throws, Side Tables

 

We use Canada Post or Purolator to have the items shipped to your chosen address.  Pricing is dependent on size, weight and shipping location so the website will give the options for both if your order can be shipped (our website will not allow shipping options for those larger products that require pick-up or delivery).


 

For Large Items - Furniture, Umbrellas, Fire Pits

 

Pick-up

Our warehouse pick-up hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm, and Saturday 7am - 12pm. (closed Sundays)

We can schedule delivery in Southwestern Ontario within 7 days. 

 

This is done as a separate transaction.  After purchasing your items online, if you have chosen “request a delivery quote” we will contact you to make delivery arrangements as per the options below. 

All large-item delivery services are a separate transaction and will be processed by credit card at the time of confirmation.

We will confirm these arrangements by email.

 

Tie-in Delivery (the most cost efficient option)

Delivery on a current route over a 4 hour window.  Basically, we tie in with existing deliveries within our other divisions. 

We would offer a 4-hour delivery window and contact you on route.   

 

Tie-in route prices:

  • Within 50km of Hensall - $25
  • 51-250km of Hensall - $75
  • More than 250km from Hensall - this option is not available

Timed Delivery Appointment 

A timed delivery – we will arrange a time based on availability that is convenient to you, and deliver on a particular day at a particular time.

 

 

Cost of Precision Delivery will be based on distance:

  • Within 50km of Hensall - $50
  • 51-250km of Hensall - $150
  • More than 250km from Hensall - quoted, based on location


Please note the following information is required for us to offer you the best service possible;

  • Someone must be at the location to receive and sign for your order.
  • We require a contact phone number for the person receiving the order on-site.
  • Please provide as much detail as possible i.e. stairs, steep landeways, odd access and whether we need to go through your house to access your deck.
